Uniquely located on Beausoleil Island in Georgian Bay Islands National Park, for over 50 years YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth has been providing quality camping experiences for youth. Through outdoor skills and activities we encourage friendship, challenge, fun, and a healthy lifestyle. In keeping with the YMCA philosophy, we develop the spirit, mind, and body of the campers in our care in a way that both celebrates their individuality and recognizes their interdependence.

We believe living in a group in an outdoor community creates an ideal atmosphere for people to learn about themselves and others in a manner which fosters a harmonious relationship with the natural environment. At CQE we strive to make the quality of each individual’s camp experience our first priority.

Providing a safe environment for campers is an integral part of this goal. Our accredited programs follow standards established by the Ontario Camping Association and YMCA Canada. Join us this summer for a memorable camp experience that will last much longer then a session on Beausoleil Island.
